Mental Health First Aid First Nations

We are proud to have hosted a Mental Health First Aid First Nations course in November, as part of a larger journey of strengthening connections within communities. With two Horizon counsellors trained as facilitators, we look forward to hosting another session this spring where participants can reflect on life experiences, acknowledge the historical context of colonization, and explore ways to support mental health and wellness.
